Have a Wonderful Holiday Season

Posted by AngieSteveson on Wednesday, December 21st, 2011

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for another incredible year. Without you Lunch Box Quilts would not be possible. Thank you to all of our distributors, the stores that carry the Lunch Box Quilts patterns and the quilting and embroidery community who support their local quilt and sewing machine shops.

There was a lot of travel again this year from coast to coast. I started in the year off with workshops in California. Throughout the year I traveled to Colorado (twice), Las Vegas (twice), Reno, San Antonio, and Orlando. Spring Market was in Salt Lake City this past year, which I had never visited before. Salt Lake City is beautiful. The last of the travel was to Houston for Fall Market.

I also had time to travel locally. Tucson and Flagstaff were fun day trips to teach workshops. I taught workshops very close to home in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
This year brought the release of Fancy Feathers and Picnic Time embroidery appliqué patterns. Fancy Feathers is currently the number one selling quilt pattern at Lunch Box Quilts for 2011.

Cutwork Ornaments was released in July. It’s a different pattern for Lunch Box Quilts. It requires the cutwork tool or cutting needles for your embroidery machine. Check it out if you haven’t already. It’s a very quick and easy project.

I very much enjoyed visiting everyone this year and meeting new friends too. Visit the Lunch Box Quilts website calendar to see if I will be coming your way soon. I’ll have new designs for you in 2012. I have already been working on them!!!!

Have a Wonderful Holiday Season and a Happy New Year!

Angie
