Angie Steveson

I began sewing as a young girl thru the 4-H program. As an adult I rediscovered sewing and began my appreciation for quilting in 1990. I enjoy many of the aspects of quilting, but mostly design and color.

After the purchase of my first embroidery machine I became fascinated with incorporating the embroidery function of the machine with quilting. I have developed beautiful machine appliqués with the machine doing all the work.

I have been instructing others in quilting since 2004. I started teaching with my original quilt “Merry Christmas” and have loved every moment. My two goals for students are for them to learn something new and to have fun in class.

The Sunflower Quilt Design received the "Viewers Choice Award" at the Bernina University 2006.
